Full interior/exterior paint as well as wood refinishing downstairs.
Due to the rough shape of the T&G we had to sand it all down with various grits of sandpaper with our Festool sander. While it was very, very tedious and difficult the end result was beautiful and the homeowner loved it.

This was one of the first large projects we took on. The project was a hang, tape, texture and interior/exterior paint (including cabinets, trim and beam finishing). Much of the upstairs was re-hung and finished, as well patches everywhere.
This job turned out wonderfully. Much to the satisfaction of the contractor and realtor. We are very proud of it.
2383 Sunnyside Rd
Exterior repaint and siding repair.
This home required some siding repair and significant caulking and priming of raw trim. We had to utilize a snorkel lift for the rooflines and spent the first 2 days working on only the upper sections of the building. After that was completed the job was finished in 3 days by a 4 man crew.
The Farmhouse
Interior tape, skip trowel texture finish and prime.
This was not our drywall hang job. Pictures of those gaps were shown to give an example of how much pre-fill and inside corner bead was necessary to complete. Despite the inferior hang job the finished product still looked great and held up against cracks because of the use of plaster-based compound and inside corner bead.

These 41 townhomes were completed between
2023-2024 and were around 2500sf each.
These were full interior/exterior painting packages with white millwork and doors. With the multiple phases these projects averaged 5 days for a 4 man crew to complete the entire package including touch up.

These 33 Homes were completed between 2024-2025
and ranged from 1400-2700sf each.
